Hadji Mmadi Ali Is a senior executive at Comores Telecom (National company of telecommunication), the manager .km ccTLD.

He is currently member team organization of the Salon national of digital.

He is President and founding member of ISOC Comoros chapter.

He is the Chairman of the Africa Top Level Domains Organization Executive Committee. He has served on the Executive Committee for more than 5 years as the Vice President.

He has been a Chief Executive and Chair of GTV (Grille Television) from 2002 to 2003. He has been a Network administrator of the National Post and Telecommunication Company from 2003 to 2005.

Ali Hadji participates in AFRINIC, the regional Internet activities, where he has served on the AFRINIC NomCom19.

Hadji Mmadi Ali attended in the first time in ICANN meeting at ICANN 42 (Dakar, Senegal). He has been selected to the ICANN fellowship program in Beijing at (ICANN46).

Jordan Carter joined auDA, the .au Domain Administration Ltd, in 2022 in the new role of Internet Governance and Policy Director. He is responsible for building effective coalitions to advance multi-stakeholder Internet governance processes and outcomes in Australia and internationally. He leads auDA's work to support Australia's digital transformation and advocates for effective and innovative technology policy.

Jordan brings with him a great depth of experience from his previous roles at InternetNZ, including nine years as Chief Executive, where he engaged deeply on local and international Internet policy.

His achievements include significant contribution to the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN)'s country code Name Supporting Organization (ccNSO), including as a ccNSO Council Member and current Vice Chair, and as co-chair of the Accountability Work Stream related to the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) Stewardship Transition. He also convened civil society input to the New Zealand government's Christchurch Call and contributed to the establishment and development of New Zealand's Internet Governance Forum, NetHui.

He has participated in Asia Pacific regional internet governance since the mid 2000s, including through work with APTLD, the national and regional Internet Governance Forums, and a wide range of other processes in the region and globally.

Sami Mohamed Ali has more than 17 years of experience in the ICT industry. He holds a B.Eng (Hons.) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Loughborough University and an MBA from University of Strathclyde.

Sami joined the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority in 2018 to lead the completion of the legal and regulatory processes required for the launch of Bahrain’s ccTLD .BH and the Arabic IDN ccTLD .البحرين. As part of this initiative, he contributed to transforming the legacy .BH domain name system into a modern, open multi-registrar registry by developing operational policies and overseeing the transition from a legacy framework to a modern registry backend.

Since 2018, Sami has been an active participant in the global Internet governance community, regularly attending meetings of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers and the Country Code Names Supporting Organization, as well as the Asia Pacific Top Level Domain Association. He has contributed as both a speaker and moderator, sharing experiences and learning from the broader community.

Sami currently serves as a member of the IANA Naming Function Review Team representing the ccNSO. Also appointed as the ccNSO representative for Universal Acceptance Expert Working Group.

Jiankang Yao received his Master's degree of Computer Science in National University of Singapore and joined CNNIC in 2003 as a research engineer.

In CNNIC, he had a further study and received his Ph.D. degree of Computer Software and Theory in CNIC, CAS (Chinese Academy of Sciences). His main research interests include but not limit to EAI, IDN, DNS, and Internet naming.

Since the 62nd IETF meeting in 2005, he has been active in the IETF and has experience in working as the IETF WG co-chair and secretary. Especially, he made a lot of contribution to EAI BOF and WG. In order to help to move EAI documents from experimental RFCs to Standards Track RFCs, he did a lot of EAI implementation and testing. Moreover, he got the APEC funding for EAI deployment as the overseer. Currently he serves as the Co-Secretary of the Chinese Domain Name Consortium (CDNC). Jiankang previously served as a member of the Internet Architecture Board (IAB).

Chris is Chairman of DNS Capital Ltd a company that amongst other things provides strategic policy advice to domain name registry Donuts Inc.

He was a member of the Board of ICANN from 2011 to 2020 and was Vice-Chair of the Board from 2017 until 2019.

From October 2000 to April 2016 Chris was the Chief Executive Officer auDA the manager of the Australian Internet country code.

He was the Chair of the ccNSO from its foundation in 2004 until 2011.

From 2006 until 2012 he was a member of the UN Internet Governance Forum's Multi-stakeholder Advisory Group.

Alejandra holds BSc and MSc in Computer Science degrees from Universidad del Valle de Guatemala (UVG), has worked as an associate researcher for the Herbarium UVAL (2006-2008) and as a professor of the Computer Science department in UVG since 2004.

In 2011 she joined the ccTLD .gt, as a researcher and technology developer. She went to her first ICANN meetings (Singapore 41 and San Jose 43) thanks to the fellowship program. As their motto is “Once a fellow, always a fellow”, she has been deeply involved with the fellowship community, volunteering as a newcomer coach.

As an active member of the ccNSO Ms. Reynoso has joined the Guideline Review Committee and the Programme Working Group. She is also working closely with LACTLD and the LAC technical community, participating in several committees such as: technical workshop program committee, LAC Strategic Plan Implementation 2013-­2016 Project 4.6.3: To fund internships of ccTLDs staff to learn best practices from other ccTLDs, and Project 4.6.1: To support a study to develop a business vision of the registry according to each of the ccTLDs needs.

Her native language is Spanish and is also proficient in English and Portuguese. She has been practicing yoga since 2010, is a dog and cat lover, a member of the university choir, loves to dance and always enjoys a good book or movie.

Jenifer studied Executive Communication, with a Diploma in Business Administration and Technical Diploma in Computer Systems at Technological University of Panama. She has worked at ccTLD .pa since 2011, first as an administrative assistant and domain registration analyst, then as the manager since 2018.

As a member of the ccNSO Ms. Lopez has joined the ICANN Fellowship Mentor Program. Her first ICANN meeting was ICANN 61 and she was an ICANN 66 fellow. She is also working with LACTLD as one of the Commercial Working Group coordinators and she is an active member of ISOC, Panama Chapter and IGF Panama. She has been involved in the organization committee for the local IGF meeting since 2017 and in different webinars and workshops from both organizations.

Her native language is Spanish. She is inspired daily by her husband and their three children. In her free time, Jenifer likes to read, cook, swimming and play with her kids and dogs.

Sean has been the technical liaison at NIC.VI for almost 20 years. Sean has ongoing interests in governance and in implementing strategies that help grow and strengthen small TLDs.

Sean brings over 25 years of experience as an operations and technology executive for international commercial operations, focusing on applying technology and communications to businesses' financial challenges.

Sean has been involved in international payments and has held roles in Fin-tech, start-up enterprises, and bringing innovative technology-based financial solutions to customers, including payment processing, invoicing, transacting electronic bills of sale and other solutions.

Presently, Sean is a Director at BOEX Ltd, the originator of a proprietary end-to-end solution for global supply chains which affords supply chain participants and sovereign nations unprecedented financial and logistics control and visibility. Sean is also an independent director at Venzee, a smart tech platform that automates consumer-facing product information distribution to retailers.

Charles Noir is VP, Community Investment, Policy & Advocacy at CIRA, where he leads the organization’s international and domestic policy and advocacy work. He is also responsible for Net Good, a collection of programs focused on closing digital divides and addressing Canada’s most pressing internet challenges. Before joining CIRA, Charles spent more than 15 years with the Government of Canada, working on internet, telecommunications, and technology policy and leading international negotiations. He holds a PhD in Management (Information Systems) from the University of Cambridge, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and a BA in Communication from Simon Fraser University.

Pablo Rodriguez is a C level executive experience in Cloud Computing operations, client services, product development and strategic management with ample experience interacting with Telecom clients and suppliers on a global basis. Directly involved in creating and implementing best practices policy; thus, ensuring mission critical services are delivered, mitigating and risk and promoting business continuity. Mr. Rodriguez served in various capacities with Register.com from 1996-2003; namely, managing business opportunities with the Latin American and Caribbean domain name market. In 2003, was recruited by Puerto Rico Top Level Domain )PRTLD) to implement sales and marketing strategies. Mr. Rodriguez was involved in the conformation of the North American region that gave way for the creation of the country code Name Supporting Organization (ccNSO). Since 2016, is a vice chair of the Policy Working Group in the Latin American Caribbean Top-Level Doman (LACTLD). Mr. Rodriguez holds a BA in Biology from the City University of New York (CUNY), and MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Organization Leadership specializing in Information Systems and Technology in the University of Phoenix.

Olga is the National Director of Cybersecurity at the Chief of Cabinet of the President of Argentina. As an academic, she is professor of the University of Buenos Aires and the co-founder and the academic director of the South School on InternetGovernance and ARGENSIG, the Argentina School on Internet Governance.

She co-edited the book "Internet Governance and Regulations in Latin America" available for the whole community in three languages: Spanish, Portuguese and English. Among her recent publications, she is the co-author of a chapter in the book "Power and Authority in Internet Governance" , where she describes the Role of States in Internet Governance at ICANN.

In the IGF 2019 organized in Berlin, the German Government invited her to participate in the IGF 2019 Berlin promotional video , which includes personalities like Angela Merkel and Vint Cerf.

Olga was a member of the ISOC Board of Trustees and a member of the ISOC Foundation Board. Before her participation in the ccNSO, she was GNSO council member and GAC representative for Argentina.

Her education includes a PhD in Business Direction, a master's degree in Business Administration, a master's degree in Telecommunications Regulation, and a degree in Electronic and Electric Engineering.

She is fluent in Spanish, English, Portuguese and German, and can understand French and Italian.

Olga lives in Buenos Aires and is the mother of Juana and Federico.

She was responsible for the administration of the technical DNS plateform and the IP registry.

She lead DNSSEC project and participated in the work of the IPv6 taskforce for the deployment of IPv6.

She has lead the deployment of the technical platform in collaboration with the ISPs to adopt the 3R model of .tn management and supporting the new local registrars technically and the deployment of DNSSEC

She built the sales team and was responsible for the business and communication strategy of ATI.

She also volunteered and participated in MENA region outreach (ICANN Middle East strategy) by organizing awareness and education events for the academia sector on DNS operations and IPv6 deployment.
