Body
ITU-T SG11 would like to inform IETF SPRING Working Group and BBF that the new
work item Q.sdwan-iopt-ts "Test suite for interoperability testing of
software-defined wide area networking (SD-WAN) service" was initiated during
the ITU-T SG11 meeting (Geneva, 3-11 March 2026).

This draft new Recommendation specifies the interoperability test suite for
software-defined wide area networking (SD-WAN) service, including the
interoperability testing framework and test cases. It is applicable to the
interoperability testing between functional entities including virtual customer
premises equipment/customer premises equipment (vCPE/CPE), wide area network
(WAN) gateway and SD-WAN controller in the SD-WAN system defined in ITU-T
Q.3741.

ITU-T SG11, particularly Q14/11, looks forward to keeping collaboration with
your organization.
