Abstract
This is a tombstone for a document that described the RFCXML version
3 vocabulary as it was previously implemented in tools used by the
RFC Production Center. There is no intention of publishing this
Internet Draft as an RFC. See the introduction for more information
about this tombstone.
Status of This Memo
This Internet-Draft is submitted in full conformance with the
provisions of BCP 78 and BCP 79.

1. Introduction
Previous versions of this draft discussed the updated version 3
("v3") of the RFCXML vocabulary as they were implemented in tools
used by the RFC Production Center (RPC). However, the information in
this draft has been superseded by <https://authors.ietf.org/en/
rfcxml-vocabulary>, which is maintained by the RPC. That site is now
the definitive version of the RFCXML vocabulary. More information
can be found at <https://authors.ietf.org/en/rfcxml-overview>.
