What should I do if I encounter a bug?
You may report any issue you encounter with Klack by contacting us.
Why doesn’t Klack produce any audible feedback?
It’s possible that Klack has lost its accessibility permission. To resolve this, remove Klack from your accessibility access list, restart your Mac, and then go through the onboarding of Klack.
How do I hide the menu bar icon?
Since macOS Tahoe, you may hide it natively under Menu Bar options in System Settings.
Does Klack have latency?
No, Klack does not add any latency. However, Bluetooth on the other hand does. Please ensure that you’re not using any Bluetooth devices if you want to experience Klack without absolute zero latency.
Klack has the lowest possible latency.
Can Klack override system volume?
Unfortunately, it’s simply not possible to override the system volume in macOS. Klack is essentially limited by the cap of the current system volume and cannot set an independent volume louder than this.
Can you add more switch sets?
Yes, but it’s important to note that each switch set is an immensely time consuming and therefore expensive task. Each switch set consist of over 100 audio files that need to be recorded and mastered individually. It’s also important that each switch set differs, meaning finding new unique switch sets is also a time consuming task.
Please be patient in this matter.
Can I try Klack before I buy it?
No, you may however preview the switches on the landing page by clicking on their respective play buttons. You may also purchase Klack, try it, and if you don’t end up enjoying it, request a refund.
How many devices per license?
You may associate up to 5 devices with a single license at any one time.
Excessive sharing or abuse may result in your license being suspended.
How can I recover my license?
You may recover your license by visiting the recovery page.
Are future updates included?
Yes, Klack is a one-time purchase, and all future updates are included.
You only pay once.
Can I get a discount?
Unfortunately, there are no available discounts for Klack.
Klack is focused on long-term value and continuous updates.
May I request a refund?
Yes, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase.
